Mega Performance SA supplies athlete recovery equipment, including massage guns, recovery boots and related accessories. These products are intended for general wellness, muscle recovery, and performance support.

Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Customers should consult a healthcare professional before use, particularly if they have pre-existing conditions or injuries.

4. Safe Use Notice

While our products are designed for safe use, customers should follow all provided instructions and discontinue use if discomfort occurs. Mega Performance SA is not responsible for misuse or failure to follow guidelines.

5. Proper Use

Products must be used in accordance with provided instructions. Mega Performance SA is not liable for misuse or improper use.

  • Do not exceed recommended usage durations.
  • Discontinue use immediately if pain or discomfort occurs.
  • Keep products out of reach of children.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice. Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

7. Orders and Availability

All products are subject to availability. Mega Performance SA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched promptly, but delivery times are not guaranteed. Mega Performance SA is not responsible for courier delays.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of purchase under the following conditions. For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., compression gear or products with skin contact) may not be eligible for return once opened.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee may apply.
